Job Summary

Your principal duties are: selling holidays and ensuring maximum sales and targets are achieved.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Work to sales targets
  • Ability to work under pressure in a sales driven environment
  • Meet and exceed all sales targets, weekly and monthly
  • Answering calls promptly & professionally
  • Ensure callbacks are completed on a daily basis.
  • Ability to identify & fulfill our customers holiday needs

Key Personal Capabilities

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Able to focus clearly on objectives and targets
  • Able to build relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Team player who enjoys a challenge, and able to work under own initiative
  • Can demonstrate flexibility and reliability
  • Enthusiastic and self motivated
  • Able to work shifts including weekends
  • Telesales experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Quick learner
  • Desire to succeed in a fast paced environment

Customer Service Executive - £15,015 pa

  • To answer Customer Service queries by email/fax/letter or phone
  • To be part of our call centre team open 9am – 5pm week days / 9am – 4pm Saturdays /Bank holidays 10am-3pm
  • Ensure that all telephone/queries are answered promptly and dealt with quickly and efficiently. E.G name changes/amendments to holidays/payments/information relating to cruising/
  • Reply to emails received from passengers
  • Deal with tour operators on a daily basis
  • Liaise with our sales team regarding specific issues
  • To complete stats at the end of everyday
  • Attend a weekly meeting with the team
  • Deal with a variety of passengers who have variety of issues all day

Customer Service Supervisor – Up to £20k

  • To manage the daily running of team within the customer service team
  • Manage daily stats as well as employee issues (Return to work interviews, 1:1 meetings etc)
  • Ensure that company KPI’s are adhered to
  • Resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe and raise issues to After Sales Manager where required
  • Proactively look at means of improving the service offered to our customers
