The staterooms on Carnival Imagination have been refurbished to a high spec, with stylish décor, brand new bathrooms and the latest flatscreen TVs. 50 inter-connecting staterooms also give families and groups of friends more flexible options for travelling together.

Almost one whole deck is given over to Carnival Waterworks, an aqua park with an exhilarating waterslide that's 82 feet long, plus a spray park where adults and kids will want to play all day.

There's a resort style pool with big umbrellas, cool marble tiles and tropical drinks on tap. While for adults who want to get away from it all, Carnival Imagination has introduced their new Serenity Retreat. It's an area laid out with parasols and comfortable chaise long, as well as whirlpools where you can relax, overlooking the ocean.

You certainly won't struggle to entertain the kids on your cruise holiday. Camp Carnival is a colourful area, full of games, activities and amusement for children aged 2-11. There's also a cool place for teens, called Club O2, where they can party with friends in their own funky lounge.

The service is attentive and the wine list extensive, plus there's always something on the menu the kids will enjoy.
