Skagway
With its high-rise skyline dominated by the futuristic Space Needle, Seattle is a big, lively city surrounded on three sides by water and backed by the Olympic and Cascade Mountains. Get a taste of the Orient in the International Quarter, or the great seafood served up on the waterfront and take a coffee break - the locals insist theirs is the best coffee in the world.
Ketchikan
Ketchikan is in the heart of the Tongass National Forest - all 17 million acres of it - so there's no shortage of outdoor fun. Take a seaplane over the 3,000-feet granite walls of Misty Fjords, go black bear watching as they fish for salmon in Neets Bay, zip from platform to platform across the rainforest canopy, or paddle a sea kayak out to unspoilt islands.
Victoria, British Columbia
Standing on the tip of Vancouver Island, Victoria is a genteel kind of place with delightful landscaped parks, like the century-old Butchart Gardens, and carefully preserved historic buildings. See it in fitting style by horse-drawn trolley, take afternoon tea at the grand Empress Hotel, or take a tour of the city's pubs and microbreweries for a glass or two of the local ales.

Learn about wine tasting and sample local Napa wines with your wine educator in the station and enjoy a freshly prepared three course gourmet lunch on the Train.
The Napa Valley Wine Train is one of the most unique and delicious Napa restaurants. This top dining establishment is housed in an antique 1915-1917 Pullman Cars train that runs on 25-miles of track in the heart of the Napa Valley. The train itself has two engines, three kitchens on board, and a collection of early 20th century rail cars that are pure Americana. It offers guests great regional food and fabulous, hard-to-find wines.
The lounge cars are luxuriously furnished and equipped with picture windows to maximize the view. All the rail cars are expertly finished with Honduran mahogany paneling, etched glass partitions, brass accents and original artwork by Nepo. Guests are invited to explore the train where they may visit the kitchen car to see the chefs in action, the wine tasting bar, where the wine expert can help you find a favorite new wine, or the observation deck to enjoy an unobstructed view of the valley.
You will be picked up & dropped off at you hotel. Group transfers to the train will take around 1 hour each way.
