Do I need a passport or a Visa?

Passengers are required to have valid passports. It is now a requirement that you have at least 6 months validity on your passports after your return date. You may be required to obtain a Visa prior to travel, which we are unable to arrange for you. Please visit www.thevisacompany.com or alternatively contact the relevant embassy for information on how to arrange the documents you need. All passengers, visiting or transiting through the USA, will be required to complete the Electronic Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) which carries an additional charge of $14.00 per person and will last for 2 years.

I don't have the address, how do I complete my ESTA form before I travel?

If you are travelling to the Florida and have booked a villa/private home and do not have the full address, 'CITY & STATE' will suffice.

I'm travelling on the Carnival Victory from Barbados but it begins in San Juan. Do I need a visa?

Yes, all passengers travelling on the Carnival Victory from Barbados will need to apply for a visa, because the cruise starts it's sailing in San Juan this is a requirement. Please log on to https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov to complete the online Visa Waiver program.

Changes To US Visa Waiver Procedures - ESTA

As of the 12th January 2009 all passengers travelling to the United States of America or transiting through will be required to obtain an electronic travel authorisation prior to boarding a carrier to travel by air or sea to the USA under the Visa Waiver program. This system has been mandated by US Government legislation, following 9/11.

Please note that if you are travelling to San Juan this is governed by the USA and it is compulsory for all passenger to complete the ESTA Visa Waiver Program no later than 72 hours prior to travel.

It is now compulsory to log on to https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov to complete this online Visa Waiver program. Please note that the Visa Waiver can only be applied for online, therefore if you do not have internet access you'll need to find either a friend, family member or public place where you'll be able to complete your registration.

This must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to departure. Be aware that airlines are not allowed to carry any passengers who do not have ESTA approval. The Visa Waiver costa $14.00 to obtain and will last for up to 2 years unless revoked or your passport expires.
