We're always looking for ways to make your life easier and your cruise experience more enjoyable. We know it can sometimes be a hassle transporting your cases so we came up with Luggage Chauffeur. A secure service that takes your cases from your front door to your cabin door.

So if you've got a large family, a small boot or you just like to bring a hat for every occasion on your cruise your worries are over.

Frequently asked questions

Q. Which ports is this service available from?
At this time Luggage Chauffeur is only available from Southampton. More departure ports are coming soon.

Q. What cruise lines is this service available with?
You must be cruising with P&O Cruises, Cunard Line or Princess Cruises to take advantage of this service. Service unavailable on 'Taster Cruises'.

Q. When will my bags be picked up?
Your luggage will be collected within 48 hours before departure depending on your address. A Luggage Chauffeur courier will call you approximately 14 days before your departure date to arrange a collection date & time.

Q. When will my bags be returned?
If you have booked the return leg service your luggage will be returned to you approx 48hrs after your arrival in port. Again the time and date will have been arranged with you by our couriers before you travel.

Q. Are my bags insured?
Your bags are insured under your personal travel insurance.

Q. Do you collect from anywhere in the UK?
Luggage Chauffeur is available from any mainland UK address (unfortunately we are unable pick up from N.Ireland).

Q. Where are my bags stored during transit?
Your luggage is held in secure containers in a monitored location during transit. At each checkpoint during transit your luggage is scanned so its progress can be tracked.

Q. When does this service operate?
Luggage Chauffeur is available 365 days a year.

Term & Conditions

• The Luggage Chauffeur is a baggage service available to Virgin Holidays Cruises passengers only and applies to selected sailings.
• One bag per passenger, one way is included in the price of your holiday and additional bags and/or legs are chargeable at £35 per item.
• If you decide to ad this service after your booking has been made an additional charge of £35 per item will apply.
• You can book/amend this service up to 5 days before your cruise departure date.
• Service operates 7 days a week.
• Standard weight restriction of 30kg per item of luggage applies (23kg if you are booked to travel on a transatlantic cruise from Southampton).
• Luggage Chauffeur is currently only available cruise itineraries longer than 7 nights.

Applies to selected cruises from Southampton. Excludes all taster cruises. Only one bag per person one way will be included free, a surcharge will apply for additional pieces. Some weight restrictions may apply.

Offers are subject to availability at the time of booking. Should the cruise deal you’d like not be available our travel consultant will offer you an alternative.
