Compass Rose

The elegant Compass Rose is the ship's main restaurant, serving the finest continental cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The largest restaurant on board is spacious and stunning, with tables arranged so most guests have a picture window. Etched glass partitions make you feel as if you're dining in a much more intimate room. Menus include continental specialties as well as vegetarian and spa cuisine.

La Veranda

La Veranda is the venue for elaborate breakfast and lunch buffets in a more casual atmosphere - al fresco, if you choose. At dinnertime, the setting is light-hearted and festive with an enticing mix of regional specialties served.

Prime 7

The most intimate of restaurants on board, Prime 7 is a glamorous, contemporary interpretation of a classic American steakhouse. Along with avant-garde appetizers, savory soups and tantalizing desserts, the stars of the evening are the main courses with eight USDA Prime, dry-aged steaks to choose from, plus an enticing selection of lamb, pork, poultry and seafood specialties.

This restaurant is only open for dinner by reservations.

Signatures

In Signatures, authentic and quality French cuisine is inspired by the legendary Le Cordon Bleu® of Paris. The only restaurants at sea operated under the auspices of Le Cordon Bleu are in the Regent fleet. Even with a classic and elegant French ambiance, the cuisine is far from traditional - a marvelous mixture of culinary delights as inventive and eclectic as tomorrow await you.

This unique venue is only open for dinner by reservation and the Dress Code requires jackets for Gentlemen until 2010.

24-Hour Room Service

If you prefer to dine en suite, you may order selections from the chef's nightly menu during regular dining hours. In addition, the room service menu is available 24 hours a day - all complimentary, of course.

Casino

For those in the gaming mood, a few hands of blackjack in our elegantly appointed Casino are the perfect draw. The Casino is located on Deck 7, and is open every day at sea when not restricted by territorial border limits. Blackjack, roulette, stud poker, mini-craps and slot machines are offered for our guests' enjoyment.

Constellation Theater

In the plush two-tiered Show lounge, our nine-piece Regent Signature Orchestra creates concert-quality music for an exhilarating array of productions. Cabaret revues and feature productions are presented, and several of the shows feature professional ballroom couples performing original choreography showcasing Latin, swing, waltz and other styles. In addition, a roster of headline entertainers and specialty programs such as James Bond Martini Night and Beatles Night will be sure to make for an unforgettable evening.

Lounges and Cigar Bar

Our lounges and nightclubs provide an open invitation to dance into the late-night hours or sing karaoke with friends. Near Compass Rose on Deck 5, happy groups gather around the bar in the Mariner Lounge for a pre-dinner cocktail as the obliging pianoman renders faithful versions of your favorite songs. The stunning Horizon Lounge on Deck 6 provides the perfect dance floor in the shape of a three-quarter moon overlooking the sea. Head to the Connoisseur Club on Deck 6 to settle into a comfortable English club chair and light up a hand-rolled cigar from the climate-controlled humidor. Or watch the falling stars in the romantic Observation Lounge on Deck 12, accompanied by the grand piano, singer or a small combo performance by members of Regent Signature Orchestra.

Seven Seas Voyager Spa

Our shipboard spas provide a heavenly escape into a secluded realm of supreme tranquility. Oases of serene calm and pampering, they provide a venue for a few hours of revitalizing treatments during a day at sea, or as a perfect follow-up to a day of shore-side exploration. Starting with the 2009 holiday sailings, a Canyon Ranch SpaClub® will be installed on each ship in the Regent Seven Seas fleet. With their unrivalled approach to health and beauty, the services of the world-renowned Canyon Ranch spas are tailored uniquely to the needs of each individual. An array of rejuvenating spa treatments, some created specially for Regent guests, include massages and therapeutic bodywork, mud, aromatherapy, ayuvedic and seaweed treatments, facials and masks featuring Canyon Ranch's award winning Your Transformation skincare products, conditioning body scrubs and therapeutic body cocoons.

Fitness Center

Our Fitness Center and Exercise Classes will help you transform your physique as well as your state of mind. The Fitness Center boasts a state-of-the-art range of equipment, including lifecycles, free weights, striders, stairmasters, treadmills, weight benches, a Nautilus machine, workout mats and step benches. One-on-one training can be arranged with the Fitness Instructor. Or join a class in stretching, Pilates, Yoga, aerobics and more.

Sports Activities and Pool

In addition to planned activities in the Fitness Center, take advantage of other sports-related activities throughout the ship. Deck 12 provides golf cages, shuffleboard, paddle tennis and a full-circle jogging track. One flight down, the teak pool deck is one of the most expansive at sea, including a large heated pool, two whirlpools and table tennis.

Onboard Enrichment

Regent has taken the idea of enrichment to the next level, going beyond traditional shipboard activities. What better way to experience your own specific area of interest than with lectures, classes and workshops of the highest caliber led by experts in their fields. Noted guest lecturers provide insights and perspectives far beyond what you would read in the average guidebook.

Select sailings feature complimentary enrichment programs called "Spotlights" that provide an enhanced view of a topic, led by guest experts. Our exclusive Le Cordon Bleu Workshops are also available on select sailings. These programs provide a hands-on experience taught by chefs trained in the Le Cordon Bleu method of classic French cooking. Last, Audrey Grant's Better Bridge instructors are available on numerous voyages, presenting exciting and up-to-date programs for both experienced and new players, from bridge brush-up classes to social bridge games and two-hour duplicate games.

Club.com / Internet Cafe

Although a vacation with Regent Seven Seas Cruises can make you forget about the rest of the world, you can still keep in touch by using our Internet Cafe and Club.com located on Deck 5. Printers, e-mails, Internet access and Wireless access throughout the ship are all available for a nominal fee. In addition, complimentary computer classes throughout a sailing may include everything from Introduction to E-mail to Digital Photography.

Club Mariner Youth Program

For adults who wish to share meaningful travel adventures with their children or grandchildren, our complimentary youth program is designed for young travelers ages 5 - 8, 9 - 12 and 13 - 17 and is supervised by a staff of experienced and enthusiastic youth counselors. Young guests will enjoy all kinds of exciting, interactive activities. Club Mariner operates on select voyages in summer and during the holiday season.

Other Diversions

Additional activities include art auctions and a library well stocked with books, DVDs and assorted games. There are duty-free boutiques and a Photo Shop with film and camera equipment. And every afternoon, High Tea accompanied by fresh scones and other delicacies is served in the Horizon Lounge.

Butler Service

The ultimate and absolutely indispensable perk of Butler service awaits guests in category B suites and higher. For those who desire an enhanced level of individualized service, our Butler service is a prerequisite. Butlers can assist your arrival on board by unpacking your luggage, arranging pressing for your clothing, and making reservations in Signatures or at the Spa. If making changes in your shore plans, a Butler can arrange for a private car or lunch reservations at your favorite restaurant. Celebrating a special occasion? Have the Butler arrange a private cocktail party with canapes. Our highly-skilled Butlers do it all -- quickly, competently and without fuss.

Communications

Guests can make telephone calls directly from their suite. Fax messages are received and sent through our radio station or reception desk. Workstations located on Deck 5 offer e-mail and Internet services, 24 hours a day, and wireless access is available throughout the ship, all for a nominal fee. A Computer Instructor is available during select hours for guest queries and assistance.

Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing Services

Onboard laundry and valet services, including pressing and dry cleaning, are available with charge and may be arranged through your stewardess for same-day service. In addition, self-service laundries are located on decks 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10.

All guests entitled to Butler service will receive complimentary pressing of any items that will be worn the first evening on board. These items will be collected by the Butler at the guest's earliest convenience.

Medical Services

The medical center is designed to provide medical care for temporary illnesses and accidents. These facilities are not intended or capable of providing ongoing treatment of pre-existing medical conditions. The ship's licensed and registered doctor and nurse are on 24-hour call for professional and emergency services, which are available at customary charges.

Destination Services

The road to a richer life is paved with learning and new discoveries. That's why Destination Services opens up a world of adventure for every taste and comfort level -- whether it is on shore during your cruise or an adventurous beginning or end to your vacation. Private Arrangements can arrange personalized shore excursions, designed for smaller groups and according to your own interests. Or they can assist with tailor-made pre-and post-cruise programs, from a simple stay in a luxurious hotel to a 3-night extension in a remote locale. Whatever your desire, they can produce unique opportunities for a more intimate view.
