Dedicated check-in desk for Virgin Holidays Cruises guests

As a Virgin Holidays Cruises guest you will have a separate desk at the port for check-in. The desk will have Virgin Holidays Cruises signage, meaning that you know where to go and get to skip the queues at the regular check-in desk.

Champagne reception on board with a senior officer*

Guests will be sent an invite at some point in their cruise to attend a champagne reception party - exclusive to our customers.

Complimentary dinner in one of the Speciality Restaurants on board

Virgin Holidays Cruises are paying the $25pp cover charge for guests to dine free of charge in the Speciality Restaurant. This will be paid for once only, after that you will need to pay your own cover charge. Applies to the first 2 passengers sharing (so max of $50 per stateroom). The cover charge does not include certain drinks and gratuities - you will be billed for this at the end of your cruise. Applies to Portotino's Restaurant.

Priority booking of dining times in the Speciality Restaurants

We�re giving you the chance to choose the days and times that you would like to dine in the Speciality Restaurants on board. These restaurants tend to be very popular, so as a Rockstar guest you can get ahead of the game by going online as soon as you book and pre-booking your Speciality Dining times. These restaurants tend to fill up very quickly, so giving you first choice means that you don't miss out.

Dedicated on board Rockstar lounge prior to disembarkation

As Virgin Holidays Cruises guests you are given a dedicated VIP lounge area on board with complimentary refreshments. This way you can chill out before being called to disembark.
