Shirley Heights - Antigua
If you can manage to leave your hammock for just one day, make sure you attempt the trek to Shirley Heights. as the harbour views are simply stunning. From ancient harbours to smoking volcanic islands and with the distant sounds of the Sunday rum and reggae party in full swing, this is an exceptional spot from where to sit back and soak up the good times.
Bobonneau Rainforest - St Lucia
Located towards the north end of the island, Babonneau is St Lucia's oldest protected rainforest reserve, home to over 70% of the island indigenous birds, and the kind of flora and forna only viewable in the tropics - magical.
Rick's Cafe - Jamaica
We love Rick's Cafe - totally touristy but it's where the cliff divers hang out, so has high-adrenaline actions as a backdrop for a memorable sunset and a Red Stripe beer whilst enjoying the excellent live music and bustling social scene.
Ancient Ruins - Mexico
Mexico is steeped in history there is so much for you to explore. Full of ancient ruins and customs passed through generations, historical sights you must see include Chichen Itza, which is the largest archaeological city of the Maya civilisation.
Spice Markets - Grenada
Known as the 'Spice Isle', you need to only follow your nose to one of the many spice markets on Grenada. The second largest exporter of nutmeg in the world, other delights include cinnamon, ginger and turmeric. Head to Grand Anse Craft and Spice Market to replenish your store cupboard.
